AMERICAN IDOL TOP 8

Ok lets start with the performances....

First off we had Melinda Doolittle with "Sway"... well anyone that knows me knows that I am not a big fan of Melinda ... or as I so charismatically call her "Shrek"... I must admit I did enjoy this performance of her but it was still so bla bla bla. Now that I think of it she looks more like princess fiona from shrek... i know its mean but I think shes fake so we are even lol. I am just so over her whole "humble" act. Is she a great singer YES... do I enjoy seeing her and hearing her NO. I am sure she will be in the top 3 and maybe win but I do not want her to. Good performance...still cant stand her. Performance Score: 7/10 ..... Singing Score 7/10

Lets move on to Lakisha aka "KIKI"... Her performance of "CONGA" was ok... bad song choice... but regardless she did the best she could. I loved her "dancing?". Someone get her a new hairstylist please because her wigs LOOK LIKE WIGS... Im just waiting for KIKI to be in the bottom two so she can pull our her blade and start cuttin up some bitches and hoes! Performance Score: 5/10 Singing Score 6/10

Up next is Chris Richardson... he performed "Smooth" by Santana and Rob Thomas... I must admit I was let down... he sang OK but the performance was just such a snoozefest...there was no originality and it was just boring. Chris looked great as always so i will give him brownie points for that. Chris is my second favorite in the competition but he better step his game up because Sanjaya is gaining ground on him. Performance Score: 1/10 ... Singing Score 3/10

Haley was next and she sang "Turn the Beat Around"...DAYUM.... I actually thought this was hot... she came out walking like she had just won Americas NT Model and i was like work it biznatch lol "Legs" definitley put it down and worked the stage... her singing was moderate but I loved it. She was sexy, sassy, and she got the crowd going... Simon can be such a prick sometimes... I thought his comments on her wardrobe were messed up...everyone has their own style and Haley has great legs so why not show them off...she seduced me! Performance Score: 8/10 Singing Score 4/10

Next was Phil Stacey....ok I cant remember what he sang andi DONT CARE. He sucks so bad that he makes me sleep. And he seriously needs to stop raiding Britney Spears hat closet because only she can rock her crazy hats....cuz she is crazy....he just looks like a sex crazed alien. Someone attach a wig to his next performance please. Performance Score: 0/10 Singing Score: 0/10

 Jordin Sparks sang "Rythmn is Gonna Get You"...again her vocals were amazing but the song sucked! Jordin is my third favorite and I see her going top 3....She has the best voice in the competition and she is just a ball of energy! I think whether she wins or not she will sell a bunch of albums... she is totally marketable, young, and beautiful. Performance Score 5/10 Singing Score 9/10

Blake Lewis was next and he sang "I Need to Know" and it was enjoyable. Not his best performance but he is still my favorite and the best contender for the top spot in my opinion. Blake has great singing chops, can dance his ass off, and has originality coming out his entire body. He sang great and performed good... I miss the beatboxing...hopefully it will be back next week, but overall an ok performance. Performance Score: 7/10 Singing Score 7/10

Last but definitley not least SANJAYA MALAKAR.... he was the best of the night!!!!! believe it or not he was! He sang "Besame mucho" and he actually sang well. He mad great eye contact with the camera and did a very subtle but striking performance....looks like the underdog is stepping up... and everyone knows America loves an undergod....Good vocals, great performance...MAKE LOVE TO THE CAMERA SANJAYA>..... i think I have been Malakared! Performance Score: 9/10 Singing Score 8.5/10

My picks for the bottom three are Phil, Haley, and Lakisha.

ELIMINATED: HALEY

Best dressed: Chris Richardson

Worst Dressed: Phil

Guest Judge: Jennifer Lopez.....watching her on Idol made me love her again...she is so proffessional and beautiful and talented. I think she had the best performance ever from a guest artist on AI. She was super nice to the contestants and actually gave good advice.

I completely agree with everything except Melinda!!! lol she owns me. I was actually really glad that Haley left... I think she was in the group that had no business in the top 4, but otherwise doesn't matter when they leave. Phil's the next on the list really, though I wouldn't be surprised to see Lakisha go soon. Is it just me or does Phil look like a corpse up there, especially with the makeup they give him, yuk.

Ehhh. I agree but I don't. I really don't like Blake. I don't think he's original. Most people think he's original because he's been different from all other past AI contestants but in the music world I feel he's a clone. Same thing goes for Mr. Timberlake, I mean Richardson. Haley should not have been the one to go. It should have been Phil. He SUCKED yet again, and he's very scarey looking. He looks like something out of Saw. I thought Melinda was again, excellent. Obvisouly the fact that she has no neck is distracting, but her voice is incredible, and when you listen to music you do just that...listen to the voice. You can't deny her voice. I don't think she should win because she could never be a pop star (I love her though). She'd be another Ruben studdard, or that crazy guy that won last year. La-KiKi bored me to death. She's getting weaker by the week. Now Jordan.......I love her. She has an amazing voice, but she bored me also. I hope she starts singing more ballads because she has the goose bumps factor. Last but def. not least Sanjaya. He was the best of the night. Simply the fact that he sang in spanish won me over. His vocal was nice and very smooth. Who knew he could actually sing? I loved the hair (hurls) and the facial hair..( I have no words for that). Jennifer Lopez was the best part of the show. She was so friendly and genuine with the contestants. Her performance I felt was ground breaking. I'm usually not a fan of hers but she won me over.
