It's April 26th.

What did you do to end the silence?

I was held in the office for three hours, and I had a sit in started for me. How intense is that?
I gave three wicked speeches, and I know next year will only be better.

I hope everyone's Day of Silence was filled with voices you couldn't hear, and it went FABULOUS.

It's gonna rock next year, guys. Promise. And even though it seems hard...It'll all get better. Maybe not easier.

But better for sure.
