“I'm a boy now, but one day I'll be a girl." Says a confident seven year old Ludovic in this emotion filled drama. He already has in mind to marry his school mate Jerome.  Ludovic is positive that he is a girl stuck in a boy’s body.  The world around him, including his family, friends, and neighbors think that his world should revolve around being a boy.  However, Ludovic has different plans.  He shows up to parties and gatherings in a dress and in make up and everyone around his becomes increasingly concerned.  Follow this child as he deals with the world around him telling him that it is wrong for him to want to be a girl.  See how he deals with things himself and fights to stay strong!  This movie is definitely a must see film!

This is a truelly beautiful film and the only one of its kind out there. Never before had transsexuality been shown from the perspective of a child, despite the fact multiple studies have proven it is evident from a young age. In fact, for many TS people childhood is the time in their life when they are most themselves.

I think everyone should see this movie, even transphobes will find themsleve rooting for Ludovic and taken in by his maive charm. Probably the best transsexual movie out there.

When I saw Ma Vie En Rose for the first time, I cried. It was so touching, especially coming from a child's perspective. I think everyone should see this movie.
