Title: "Show Me Love" (Swedish Title: :"Fucking Amal")
Genre: Foreign Film
Year Filmed: 1998
“Show Me Love” is a classic GLBT film. Filmed in 1998 in Sweden, it tells the wonderful tale of two high school girls who fall in love. This wonderfully played out coming of age story depicts two girls who are complete opposites.
The central character “Agnes” is the “token” lesbian of her high school in a small town called “Amal”. With no friends, Agnes struggles to survive her school days. The main supporting character, “Elin” is the most popular girl in school. With a “straight” promiscuous reputation and looks to kill, everyone seems to idolize her.
This low budget, but wonderfully played out film is a must see movie! Filmed on 16mm film it gives a realistic feel to the setting and characters. Watch and see how these two young girls meet, connect, and come to care for each other! You won’t be disappointed.

The two fall madly in love and Nan’s life changes for ever. Follow Nan as she goes from an oyster girl, to a vaudeville star, a whore, an upscale sex slave, and then finally into the arms of someone who truly loves her. Title: "The Truth About Jane"
Genre: Drama
Year Filmed: 2000
“The Truth About Jane” is a touching and heart felt drama. Jane is the “normal”, popular, 15 year old high school student seems to have it all. Close friends, a close relationship with her parents, and even male admirers. But when “Taylor” comes to town, all of that gets thrown out of wack. “Taylor” the new girl at school, quickly befriends “Jane”. They hit it off right away, and soon enough fall in love. Jane finally feels complete and happy. However, when her friends and family find out, the reaction is all but welcome. This cute and all too realistic drama is definitely a recommended movie!

Title: The Incredibly True Adventure of Two Girls in Love
Genre: Independant
Year Filmed: 1995
This independent film is as cute as it gets. Randy Dean is the token lesbian at her school. Although she doesn’t quite fit in with her peers and has only one friend she seems to be as cocky as they get! Her confidence and sweet personality grab the attention of Evie, one of the straight popular girls in school. Randy and Evie soon become close friends and fall in love. With friends and family disapproving of their romance, the two seem to find themselves fleeing to be with each other. If you’re looking for a nice refreshing movie to watch, this film is the recommendation!

Title: "Psycho Beach Party"
Genre: Comedy/Mystery
Year Filmed: 2000
Psycho Beach Party is a hillarious film set in the 1960's on Malibu Beach. Florence Forrest is a seemingly innocent young girl nicknamed "Chicklett" by the surfer guys she longs desperately to fit in with. Although she seems sweet as pie, she is plagued by schizophrenia, and gets into a mess when her alter ego Ann Bowman comes out during the time of several murders on the beach. A very comical and unique film, highly reccomended to anyone with a far-out sense of humor!
