I cannot say for sure that I would ever do something like that, but I imagine if you cleaned thoroughly enough, it wouldn't be as gross as some people may think....? I guess I can't really say for sure, haha, all I keep imagining is someone doing that and then farting right in their face...

Of course it's not disease ridden! It's just carrying a certain risk, just like ANY other pleasurable thing. You just need to be careful.

I am not going to lie. It is very pleasurable. As long as you clean very good. I mean you could get sick, but not if it's clean.
